Google fund invests in Contractbook

Contractbook was founded in 2015 and provides a platform for end-to-end contract management. An all-in-one solution with a simple workflow, easy templates, digital signatures and digital storage. The product is designed to manage the full contract lifecycle in one system.

In 2017, a group of Danish business angles invested in Contractbook

Now Gradient and Byfounders invest EUR 3.5 million (DKK 26.3 million) in the Contrctbook. Contractbook is the first investment Gradient makes in Denmark. With the new capital and Google expertise, Contractbook will be the leading Contract management product globally.

Stig Hølledig, Lars-Erik Houmann Christensen and Henrik Holmark have funded Contractbook from 2017.
