Scott/Tiger sold to IT Relation

IT Relation has acquired the company Scott/Tiger.

The plan is for Scott/Tiger to merge with Miracle 42, which IT Relation took over in August 2019.

With the acquisition, both Scott / Tiger and Miracle 42 significantly strengthen their respective competencies and customer offerings.

Scott / Tiger is a leader in Oracle Managed Services, Test, Test Management, QA as well as a business leg focused on flexible workforce. Customers are in the most demanding sectors such as Life Science, Finance, Public Sector and a whole host of major companies.

Miracle42 is a leader in application operations and Managed Services and respected for its deep and broad competencies in operations and development of, among other things. SQL and Oracle databases.

The merger creates one of Denmark’s absolute strongest team of consultants in the above areas.

Google fund invests in Contractbook

Contractbook was founded in 2015 and provides a platform for end-to-end contract management. An all-in-one solution with a simple workflow, easy templates, digital signatures and digital storage. The product is designed to manage the full contract lifecycle in one system.

Now Gradient and Byfounders invest EUR 3.5 million (DKK 26.3 million) in the Contrctbook. Contractbook is the first investment Gradient makes in Denmark. With the new capital and Google expertise, Contractbook will be the leading Contract management product globally.

Continia Software sold to VIA equity

Athena sold to Sentia

Athena IT Group became a part of Sentia on November 28, 2017

Sentia Group has activities in Holland, Belgium and Denmark and employs more than 400 employees. The Group will have a turnover in 2017 of approx. 600 million kr. Sentia in Denmark will have a turnover of approx. 200 million and employ over 100 employees. The company will thus be one of the leading providers of hosting, IT outsourcing and cloud services in the Danish market.

Vækstfonden and the European Investment Fund, the EIF, have launched a business angel matching fund EAF that, by matching investments from Danish business angels, will increase access to venture capital for Danish companies. The first two business angels, Stig Hølledig and Ole Skov, have now entered into agreements with the fund and the first investment has been made.

Stig Hølledig invest in Colibo

The Aarhus based intranet business Colibo has just secured its first major venture funding from a number of prominent investors, combined with Vækstfonden. Colibo added a two digit million amount and the funds will be used for international growth as well as further development of the company’s social intranet solution Colibo.

Colibo has been on an incredible growth journey. The first Intranet Solution was installed in 2014, and Colibo has quickly gained significant market shares in Denmark.

The solution today has more than 70,000 users in 14 countries, and customers are, among others DR, Central Jutland, Kosan Crisplant, Clipper Group and 10 Danish municipalities.

Colibo is a user-friendly and dynamic intranet alternative for companies and organizations there now are using Microsoft SharePoint as a digital workplace.

Sitecore is sold to EQT

It is my great pleasure to announce that Sitecore is sold to EQT for approximately 1 billion. EUR.

I am convinced that EQT is the right owner for Sitecore in the next part of the journey.

The original founders including Michael Seifert continues with a large stake in Sitecore.

Configit is a leading global supplier of business-critical software solutions for configuration of complex products. Configit’s client list includes Jaguar Land Rover, MAN Truck & Bus, and John Deere, as well as complex industrial equipment manufacturers, for instance ABB, Siemens, Phillips, and Vestas.

Configit posted 2015 revenue of DKK 128 million following growth of almost 100% and EBITDA of DKK 42 million. The company has 150 employees.
